Free spirit Jewelry since 1821

Relaunched in 2021 in join-venture with the seventh generation of the family, Camille and Damien Vever, the bicentennial jewelry Maison is the first company in the luxury sector to adopt the status of a mission-driven enterprise, charting a new path for the entire industry.

Its artistic approach—rooted in the Maison’s Art Nouveau heritage—relies on the use of recycled gold, recycled natural gemstones, and creative materials. This vision comes to life through rare French artisanal expertise, the métiers d’art, whose transmission lies at the very heart of Vever’s mission.

Vever has deliberately chosen to return to rue de la Paix in Paris, the historic heart of high jewelry, the very place where its founders established themselves two centuries ago.

Jewelry with a Soul

Léon Rouvenat, major jeweler of the 19th century was a visionary entrepreneur as much as an extraordinary artisan. In 1851, he revolutionized the international scene of jewelry when he co-established the jewelry pavilion at the first Universal Exhibition in London and opened the first jewelry manufacture in Paris.

In 2022, Rouvenat revolutionizes the eco-jewelry and becomes the first jewelry house to open the way to circular jewelry. All the stones are certified “ancient” with an existence proven to be from 5 years to centuries old. Metals, packaging, furniture are all recycled. The jewelry certification is developed via the blockchain technology.

A prestigious address, 416 rue Saint-Honoré, invites the world to experience an intimate form of luxury, encountering jewelry imbued with soul.
